ARL Spay Waggin’ gives spay/neuter surgical procedures, rabies vaccinations
This previous week the Animal Rescue League of Boston’s (ARL) Spay Waggin’ traveled to Martha’s Winery to offer plenty of much-needed companies for pet house owners inside the island group.
Through the day-long journey, ARL spayed or neutered almost two dozen pets, and in addition participated in a rabies vaccination clinic in collaboration with Tisbury Animal Management that was in a position to vaccinate 23 animals.
That is ARL’s first journey to Martha’s Winery in a number of years, and given the necessity on the island, ARL does plan on making additional journeys to offer a low-cost spay/neuter choice for pet house owners.
“Being an island group, pet companies are restricted and ARL is dedicated to aiding extra pet house owners within the coming years by partnering with companies on the island to deliver companies immediately the place they’re wanted,” acknowledged Dr. Erin Doyle, ARL’s Senior Vice President of Animal Welfare and Veterinary Providers.
