KENNEL HUSBANDRY AND ANIMALS’ WELL-BEING
– Make sure the well-being of our furry residents by overseeing kennel husbandry.
– Monitor cleanliness, security and train rotations.
– Every day welfare checks for every canine and pet.
– Help throughout veterinary consults, vaccinations, and so forth.
– Help throughout with kennel actions, shuffles and canine socialisations.
FEEDING AND MEDICATING
– Put together and feed canine and puppies.
– Administer prescribed medicines and coverings.
– Incorporate behaviour modification coaching throughout feeding.
ADOPTION GUIDANCE, SOCIALS AND KENNEL TOURS
– Information potential households, guests and donors throughout shelter excursions.
– Help and counsel adopters, matching them with appropriate candidates.
– Conduct meet-and-greet/socials with current pets and members of the family.
– Full on-line adoption contract and supply important info to adopters.
– Promote TEARS’ On-line Store and companies.

VOLUNTEER MANAGEMENT AND GUIDANCE
