JOB DESCRIPTION: Common Supervisor

  • Develop, preserve and repeatedly enhance firm insurance policies and protocols.
  • Talk and preserve belief relationships with stakeholders, companions, volunteers and donors
  • Encourage, encourage and lead the TEARS workforce in reaching the organisation’s imaginative and prescient 
  • Managing the advertising and fundraising departments to generate earnings and consciousness for animals and communities in want.
  • Make sure the Retail division maintains fixed annual progress to assist TEARS operations.
  • Handle Human Sources, guarantee staff work productively and develop professionally, oversee recruitment and coaching of latest staff.
  • Put together quarterly Board Studies and current on the annual AGM. 

Necessities and abilities

  • Bachelor’s diploma or equal tertiary training with 10+ years related expertise 
  • Confirmed expertise as a Common Supervisor or related government function
  • Expertise in strategic planning and budgeting
  • Information of enterprise processes and features (finance, HR, procurement, advertising, gross sales/fundraising/enterprise growth, operations and many others.)
  • Excellent organisational and management abilities
  • Enterprise and administration rules and practices 
  • Accounting / monetary administration expertise, analysing administration accounts and getting ready budgets
  • Human useful resource administration rules and procedures 
  • Advertising and marketing and fundraising expertise
  • Assured presentation abilities
  • Sturdy analytical, important pondering, and problem-solving abilities.
