Neighborhood program launched throughout Covid-19 pandemic, demand steadily growing
This week, the Animal Rescue League of Boston (ARL) is marking the 4th anniversary of a community-based program that continues to see growing demand and was initially launched through the early days of the Covid-19 pandemic to assist pet house owners in Metro Boston dealing with monetary hardship.
Preserve Pets S.A.F.E. (Supporting Animals and Households On a regular basis), delivers pet meals and different important pet provides to purchasers’ properties and partner-supported group housing, and in addition offers momentary pet shelter for purchasers who’re dealing with housing instability or imminent homelessness.
