Patch is an 18 month outdated male Cross-Breed. Most likely some scruffy Terrier in him.
We met Patch at a shelter in Romania and he was clearly the happiest canine within the place. His entire physique wriggled with pleasure and he simply saved leaping into our volunteers arms.
